<p><em><strong>Note: </strong>The tasks will depend on the employee's arrival time and the team's current tasks. We do not form a separate backlog for a trial period. The employee works with the team's common backlog.</em></p>
<p><strong>NECESSARY EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:</strong></p>
<ul><li>production experience with AWS and its services;</li><li>Kafka setup and management experience;</li><li>PostgreSQL and MongoDB administration experience;</li><li>experience with CI/CD in GitLab;</li><li>proven experience with Kubernetes and Docker;</li><li>Nginx network management knowledge;</li><li>experience with monitoring tools like Grafana and Prometheus;</li><li>experience with ELK stack for log management;</li><li>experience in Linux administration at the middle level;</li><li>experience with Infrastructure as Code (IAC) systems such as Ansible;</li><li>proficiency in Bash and any other scripting language (Python preferred);</li><li>English B1 (reading docs, googling, and talking with vendors);</li><li>Russian B2+.</li></ul>
<p><strong>AS AN ADVANTAGE:</strong></p>
<ul><li>experience in leading the transformation from legacy systems - such as monolithic structures, server-tied applications, package-based deployments, and manual builds - to modern DevOps methodologies, including the employment of Kubernetes, Docker, and continuous integration/continuous delivery pipelines.</li></ul>

<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience;</li><li>proven experience in a technical role or product support with a deep understanding of product functionality;</li><li>proficiency in maintaining detailed documentation for support activities;</li><li>good knowledge of ITIL/ITSM, and ITAM practices. Experience in their practical application and implementation in IT services;</li><li>knowledge of network-building principles, principles of product development, and code delivery and process automation;</li><li>excellent knowledge of methods of personnel management, and time management;</li><li>knowledge of the basics of project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall);</li><li>experience working in a team-oriented environment with exposure to flexible project methodologies;</li><li>strong initiative, demonstrating proactive problem-solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement;</li><li>outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders;</li><li>ability to thrive in a rapidly changing and dynamic work environment;</li><li>observability and the capability to collaborate with developers to enhance metrics, logs, and traces;</li><li>identifying bottlenecks and effectively resolving them;</li><li>a comprehensive understanding of the CI/CD methodology. </li></ul>
