with their respective affiliated QUAD CODE Entities) so when we mention “QUAD CODE”, “Company”, “we”
or “us” in this Privacy Policy we are referring to the relevant QUAD CODE Entity responsible for
collecting and/or processing your data. In each case, your personal data will be controlled by the
QUAD CODE Entity which you have given instructions to, or with which you are otherwise dealing with

amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized
use or disclosure of your personal data, the purposes for which we process your personal data and
whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements.

In some circumstances we may anonymise your personal information so that it can no longer be
associated with you, in which case we may use such information without further Policy to you.

Once you are no longer an employee or third party contractor of the Company we will retain and
